NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The portrait session giveaway contest is open to anyone residing in the United States or US Territories, with the exception of previous winners. Previous winners of the portrait session giveaway contest are *not* eligible until further notice.
To enter the contest each participant must provide their complete name, email address, interests, and place of residence on the Official Entry Form web page and click “submit” at the bottom of the Official Entry Form web page. Submission of the Official Entry Form signifies that the participant has read and agrees to the official rules of the contest. Answers to other registration questions are appreciated, but not required to participate in the contest.
Entry must be on the Official Entry Form. DON MCLEER PHOTOGRAPHIC ART does not assume responsibility for phone, technical, network, electronic, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, garbled, or delayed internet/email computer transmissions, or lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, stolen, incomplete, or misaddressed entries.
New winners may be drawn randomly throughout the contest lifespan, a date and time to be determined in the future. Participants are limited to one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries by participant will be voided. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of entries received.
The Prize: There will be multiple winners for this contest. The prize for the random drawing is one (1) *studio* session to each winner. There will be no substitution of prizes and no cash will be awarded in lieu of merchandise or awards, except by DON MCLEER PHOTOGRAPHIC ART’s sole election due to prize unavailability.
The Winners: The winners will be selected in a random drawing(s). Drawings will be done by DON MCLEER PHOTOGRAPHIC ART. If DON MCLEER PHOTOGRAPHIC ART is unable to locate a given winner, an alternate winner will be selected by a second random drawing. The winner will be notified by email or by telephone. All winners must use free studio session within 60 days of being notified.
By entering the contest, the participants (a) agree to the official rules and that the decisions of the judges are final in all respects; and (b) release DON MCLEER PHOTOGRAPHIC ART, LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law; and (c) by submitting their email address to enter the contest, they are providing explicit permission to receive regular marketing correspondence from DON MCLEER PHOTOGRAPHIC ART, LLC. Your privacy is important. DON MCLEER PHOTOGRAPHIC ART, LLC will never sell or give out your email address, or other personal information.
Employees of DON MCLEER PHOTOGRAPHIC ART, LLC and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the contest.
All federal, state, and local laws and restrictions apply. Offer void where prohibited, or otherwise restricted under federal, state, or local laws, rules or regulations.
The name of the winners may be posted on our Web site.
